Daily drawings with the digital conte crayon.

Every morning I begin my commute with a look out the train window. With scenes whizzing by, I try to capture the view in my memory, and leave the rest to interpretation. The conte crayon, a favorite tool for drawing the figure, is also my favorite tool on the iPad for it’s rough-mark imprint. Seeming to simulate the feeling of drawing with a pencil, it is the perfect tool for its lack of precision on a bouncy train, where it is impossible to be exact.
