Elizabeth Mihaltse Lindy (b. 1970) is a multi-disciplinary artist with a conceptual and material focus, using sculpted paper, photography, and video to delve into themes of the female body, life cycles, and material transformation. She earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI, and an MFA in Visual Art from Lesley University College of Art + Design in Cambridge, MA, and has furthered her artistic studies in painting at Parsons School of Design and The Art Students League of New York. She has recently joined Super Secret Projects, an artist-run gallery in New York’s Hudson Valley. Currently residing and working in Beacon, NY.
