Physicality of paint

Most of the work from this semester has been created at a larger scale than I have ever made. The process becomes a much more physical one, using the whole extension of the body to apply strokes, while creating rhythms influenced by the style of music each moment. Yesterday, I found myself inspired by Yves Klein’s Antropometries and Ana Mandieta’s Body Tracks, and became the paintbrush. Visceral.
