My goal for the Studio component of the SP2020 semester in the LesleyMFA in Visual Arts program is to continue to explore materials in both analog and digital formats, while narrowing down my ideas about landscape, memory, routine, and culture into a more thematic body before beginning next semester’s thesis work. Most importantly, I’m looking at themes which will bring my landscape art-making into a contemporary, cultural language.
