I am an artist who makes art in order to wrestle with the lonely spaces of interior emotion.
My art uses a push/pull of murky tone to obfuscate and illuminate spontaneous, anxious lines as a path to sit with fear and self-conscious censoring.
Smaller pieces are forms of letting go, fragments of freeing marks quickly arranged into organic matter that ebbs and flows with its own life force.
